Wonderful, clean beds. Great location to walk to Irish Fest, discovery Museum, Harbor House or Public Market. Heather was a great welcome: friendly and telling us things we can see and do. Great little coffee shop (not open weekends) on the galleria crossway. Nice lobby with fireplace to chill.

Westin location was great. a bit busy with all the Summerfest traffic and attendees. Weather made it a very walkable location. Lakefront from the Oak Trail to Riverwalk was doable, we are good walkers. Room was comfortable with the usual amenities. Enjoyed some free bottles of water from reception. Whiskey bar has a great collection.

Valet service was extremely useful. I just wish they sent out an option to tip via card when they text you after they valet serves you. I never have cash on me and it is hard to get to the atm sometimes when you have plans. Front desk staff and housekeeping were both great.

It was beautiful! Very comfortable rooms. The elevator smelled like pot. The hallway smelled like vomit. Our bathroom floor didn’t look clean. Elevators were not clean. In spite of that, the location is great and we had a lovely stay!

Loved the location, close to the FEST Grounds. Thought all of the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful.

From the moment we walked in we felt that the people who worked their cared about their jobs and took pride in the establishment!! Great staff from the valet to the maintenance to front desk staff and maid service! Everyone made us feel welcome!! Thank you thank you!

The room view was exceptional! We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was nice. The staff were polite and very helpful. The location was close to everything. We look forward to coming back

the location was great. we walked to a bunch of different sites from the hotel. Valet parking was super easy and organized and took little time to get our car.
